Submission Process Overview
Submitting your work to SOLAV Journal is a straightforward process designed to be efficient for authors while ensuring all necessary information is collected for a rigorous editorial review. This page will guide you through preparing your manuscript and using our online submission form.
Please read the following instructions carefully. Submissions that do not adhere to the Author Guidelines or are incomplete may experience delays.
Before You Submit: Preparation Checklist
Ensure your manuscript meets all requirements for submission.
If requesting an APC waiver, prepare supporting documentation (see APC page).

Once your manuscript is prepared, use the button below to access our official submission form hosted on Google Forms.
Important Notes for the Form
- All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
- You will need the shareable link to your manuscript file (e.g., from Google Drive).
- You can save your progress and return to the form later if needed.
- After submission, the corresponding author will receive a confirmation email.

After Submission: What Happens Next?
Transparency in our editorial process.
1. Acknowledgement
The corresponding author receives an automatic acknowledgement email from Google Forms and a manual confirmation from our editorial office within 5-7 business days.
2. Editorial Check
Our team performs an initial screening for scope, completeness, and plagiarism. If suitable, it is assigned to an Editor-in-Charge.
3. Peer Review
The editor invites independent experts for Single-blind peer review. You will be notified of the decision (Accept/Revise/Reject) along with reviewer comments.
