Copyright and Licensing Policy

Authors retain full copyright to their published work.

By submitting and publishing with SOLAV Journal, authors grant the Journal a non-exclusive license to:

• Publish, reproduce, and distribute the work
• Identify itself as the original publisher
• Archive and preserve the content
• Authorize third-party indexing and archiving services

This agreement does not restrict authors from using their work in future publications, repositories, or academic activities.

SOLAV Journal operates under a full open-access model.

• All published articles are immediately and permanently available online without subscription or access fees.
• No embargo periods apply.

Unless otherwise stated, all articles are published under the:

Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0)

This license permits:

• Sharing and redistribution
• Adaptation and transformation
• Commercial and non-commercial reuse

Provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and source.

SOLAV Journal ensures long-term preservation through:

• Zenodo archiving
• External backup repositories
• Institutional preservation systems
• Redundant server storage

Published content remains permanently accessible.

Upon acceptance, authors must complete a publishing agreement confirming:

• Originality of the work
• Copyright ownership
• License acceptance
• Ethical compliance

Failure to complete the agreement may delay publication.

In exceptional cases, alternative licenses may be considered upon request prior to publication.

Such requests are evaluated individually by the Editorial Office.

Violation of licensing terms may result in:

• Article withdrawal
• Correction notices
• Legal action (if necessary)
• Restriction of future submissions
